Loved learning about the Mormons and the Hill Country. Having grown up in a part of Central Texas that was predominantly Czech and German, I don’t often  think about the numerous ethnic transplants to Texas. The only time that I have seen a large number of people come here from another country was when the Vietnamese arrived in the late ’60s and early ’70s.
